Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: Different products have different MOQ, just tell us how many you want.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% prepayment, and 70% balance payment at sight of B/L copy. Or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q4: What's the lead time?
A: Normally, it takes about 30 to 45 days after receiving prepayment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order, please consult our sales.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
A: We are willing to provide free sample but with freight collected.
Q6: Can you produce according to the sample?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your sample or technical drawing.
Q7: Do you test all your products before delivery?
A: Yes, we have quality control all through our production and have final 100% inspection by QC with ETRTO (European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization) standard, as well as further international Standards (ISO) before shipment.
Q8: What is your packing method?
A: Generally, we pack our products with stretch wrapping and plywood/metal pallet. If you need customized package, we also can do as your request.
Q9: How to guarantee clients' benefit?
A: Before placing the order and pay for the deposit, you are welcome to visit our factory, we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the products.
Q10: What is the warranty policy?
A: 13 months after ETA.
Q11: How to deal with claims after sales?
A: Take photos or videos of the defective products and send to us, then we will analyze the reasons, if it's quality problem we will deduct this amount from next order, or make new products for replacement and send immediately.
